Holds

Items can be held with a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the price. The balance is due within seven days, and the item must be collected or delivered within two weeks. Items are marked as sold once a deposit or full payment is received.

Pick-up and delivery

Pick up from our showroom at Unit 6/21 Lundberg Drive, South Murwillumbah, 40 minutes south of the Gold Coast and 40 minutes north of Byron Bay. Pick-up is available during showroom hours, Tuesday to Thursday 10am to 2pm and Friday 11am to 2pm, or by appointment outside those times. Inspections are welcome by appointment.

Delivery is available Australia-wide: from A$220 to the Northern Rivers, Gold Coast and Brisbane, from A$280 to Ipswich, and from A$370 to Moreton Bay and interstate, usually within 3 to 10 working days. We book the delivery for you. Larger pieces are quoted individually, so send us your postcode to confirm the cost.

Returns

All pieces are vintage and show wear consistent with their age. Notable wear or damage is photographed and described, so please review listings carefully and ask for extra photos or an inspection before buying. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. A video walkthrough or showroom viewing can be arranged on request. If an item arrives significantly different from its description, or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
